Everything Happens 4 A Reason
I really do believe there is a reason for everything. Even when you don't know what that reason that might be.

Mark is in Kentucky right now. He went because his Aunt Cheryl was being inagurated as the president of Kentucky Weslyan College. I had been invited too, but I don't have any more time to take off, so I stayed at home.

Well, unknown to me, around 1am this morning. My grandma had a really bad coughing fit, and had to go to the hospital. And anyone that knows my grandma, knows that she isn't one that likes hospitals. Me and my stupid butt, I put my stupid phone on vibrate. Come to find out that Grandma has a touch of pnemonia(sp?) and they are gonna keep her in the hospital for a few days just to make sure she is doing ok.

I just feel soo stupid. I mean what if it was some major thing, ya know? They had been calling me ALL NIGHT. They even called Mark in Kentucky (they didn't know he was there). I feel like such a loser. I should have known better that to put my phone on vibrate, especially knowing how grandma has been. No more.

And now today Crystal is supposed to call me when she gets in town. She said she was gonna go see Grandma in the hospital. I want to go with her, since Mark isn't here. He won't be home till later tonight.

But ya, if I were in Kentucky right now, I would not have been in the best state. Better I be at home so I can go see Grandma later today and see for myself that she is ok.

You're not a loser.
Turning your phone on vibrate at night is fine. I turn my phone on silent at night.
Heck, I didn't even answer the phone yesterday, and Megan (my Megan, not Jesse's) called saying she was in an accident and had totaled her truck o.O

yeah, I just feel like..I should have known better. Being that Grandma hasn't been doing verry well. But I talked to Crystal and she assured me that if there was something seroiusly wrong, she would come over to the house and do whatever it took to get my attention. Knowing that helps alot.

you always turn your phone on silent when something important happens... happened to me and to my parents when i tried to get across to them when i had a crash.

hope your grandma is ok
